Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. Falls are common in babies and you should be careful about avoiding head injury. Always look for any swelling, redness, bleeding in head and also in joints. Check if baby cries inconsolably and watch for vomitting for next 24 hours. For best advise , see a doctor soon
