#AskTheExpert my baby has been gaining very little weight since last 2-3 months. he will turn 10 months on next 10 days. he is on three meals BLD and a snack. pl advise..

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, what was the birth weight and present weight? How much quantity are you giving and what foods have you introduced? Are you also continuing breastfeeding in addition to solids?

Author of questionMom of a 5 yr 1 m old child4 years agoA. his birth weight was 2.9 kgs.
he is 10 months and last we checked, he was 8.35 kgs (on adult weighing scale) and 9.09 on peadritic weighing scale.
he is on mixed feed currently. alongwith solids, we offer bm and formula. he takes around 3-4 oz at a time.
