And also rule out that these are since birth or after that.
If not since birth then
These patches may be allergic or infective(fungal or becterial) in origin.
Need to examine ur baby
Visit ur nearest pediatrician
He will examine ur baby and guide u in a better way. r

You ust simple apply coconut oil on the affected areas and repeat the process after 2 to 3 hours. It must get better or heal in few hours but if it does not then must Consult with your paediatric
