Hello, your baby girl is 3 months old and she has received a pentavac injection and she has a fever since last four days so give her 1 ml paracetamol three times a day and frequent breast feeding

post vaccination fever is common and it can persist for upto 3 days so do not worry and measure body temperature and if above 100 F give paracteamol drops

exclusively breastfeed which is the best for baby at this age And keep the baby hydrated.￼And complete the medicine dosage as suggested by your paediatrician. Give the medicine every once in six hours as suggested by the doctor. Avoid thick cloth and blankets. Wear a light cotton cloth. And keep monitoring the temperature. The temperature should not go high than 101. take a clean cotton cloth and dip it in a clean water remove the extra water and wipe on the forehead or put it on the forehead when baby is sleeping.￼Write Your Answer Here
