Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. will heal by itself if needed you can give paracetamol for pain and to decrease the swelling you can apply ice. it is a self healing process and if the child is having burning sensation then you can apply zytee gel
