kindly apply moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil ) or virgin coconut oil on the skin of the child 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then xmeet your doctor. 
do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin.

it d. Pediatric doctor should be consulted for same regarding the physical examination for the baby and no any self treatment should be provided to the kid for same as may be harm full .
