#AskTheExpert my baby girl is 2 months old. Iam exclusively on breast feeding. Can I eat outside food? This is always a doubt for me. Whenever I go and ate anything from outside Always have a fear that this will effect my baby through my breast milk? Can I eat from outside ?

A. yes you can have outside food but in small quantities and not regularly. it is very true that what ever you have will effect the milk supply. so moderation is the key. take care and all the best for your baby.
