Include seasonal fruits, vegetables along with curd, paneer, sprouts, nuts ragi and other millets, dals in her meals. Give her variety of recipes - sprout dosa + sambhar, paneer cheese frankie, aloo palak tikki, ragi nuts ladoo, fruits with yoghurt, dal Vada etc.
