#asktheexpert my baby dont want to eat varieties of food. What will i do. He eats rice for breakfast and rice for dinner. He doesnt want to try especially fruits. Please help.

Hello mom these are habits that need to be developed from the very start , because the more later you do , the more difficult it would get . try to teach them in play way method about it , be a role model for them, cut the fruits in different ways and forms for them ., make popsciles, add in custards
