HOW I CAN INTRODUCE FORMULA MIL AND BOTTOL AT LEST FOR THAT WHEN AM NOT PRESENT, PLEASE HELP

you can use Babyhug breast pump and drain out milk and store it properly in specific container in refrigerator
please give easily digestible food like curd rice and beans khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc

Milk for babies specially in the initial days of life is very essential,breast milk is ideally the best and should be given exclusively till 5-6  months of age . if your baby is having proper weight gain and urine output then you can consider that the baby is getting satisfied with the milk and there is nothing to worry.
formula milk should be given only when suggested by your pediatrician as a substitute to breast milk if due to any reason it is not sufficient to fulfill the demand of the baby. according to the age different stage of formula milk are there like stage 1 till 6 months of age stage 2  from 6 months to 12 months and thereafter stage 3 . it will be better to use of waste from to give breast milk to your baby with bottle rather than introducing formula milk
after one year cows milk should be started and any kind of health drink powder in milk should be  used only after the completion of two years of age .
