Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. having constipation problem you can give plenty of liquid in high fibre in the diet avoid giving milk which can be the cause of constipation sometimes and consult your doctor at once for guidance

I’ve Seen that water plays a really important role for that so if you keep your child very well hydrated this problem can definitely come to an end with proper water coconut water good amount of fruits fibre its diet and also try to give prune juice to your child before the bedtime
