#asktheexpert my baby completed her 6 months on January 11.. I started solids she got constoated and have gases... what to do now?

A. Gastica drops are a paediatric medicine specially formulated for infants and toddlers. It is used for relieving flatulence (gas), abdominal pain, and infantile colic (abnormal crying or fussiness in a healthy child). It contains a combination of simethicone, dill oil and fennel oil.
