A. dear mum, what's your Baby's birth weight and current weight? the only way for healthy weight gain of your baby is to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. at one episode of breastfeeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
