#asktheexpert My baby born on June 24th and birth weight is 2.28 kgs. As on sep 6th 2024, baby weight is 4.04. Is the weight gain normal or is she underweight As baby is 2 months 15 days old, how much ml of milk baby should consume per day

A. Hello there maam please do not worry about it too much. Baby weight depends on birth weight and normally doubles by the age of six months and triples by the age of one year. If baby is active and taking feed properly then no need to panic. Mother should take healthy food items including fresh fruits and dry fruits. Thanks and take care
