#AskTheExpert My babies age is 12 months and her weight is 6.9 KG and her birth weight is 3 KG so I need to ask why my baby weight is not gaining his and her height is 72 cm I want suggestion what to give to my baby To eat so that she can start gaining weight fast

At six months weight should be double to birth weight at one year weight should be triple to birth weight
Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment
Give mashed sweet potato apple banana kiwi watermelon mango egg paneer cheese butter to gain weight
Give adequate feeding Breastmilk contains nutrients your baby needs for growth and development. It also protects your baby against infections and diseases.
It’s recommended you breastfeed exclusively until your baby starts solid foods at around 6 months, and keep breastfeeding until at least 12 months
