#AskTheExpert My 7month old daughter hasn't gain weight in last one month. Her birth weight was 3.75kg. At 6month her weight was 7.49kg n now at 7month her weight is 7.50kg. advise something for weight gain.

At six months weight should be double to birth weight
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Do lots of fun activities together
