POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. In 7 months, there are not many foods that can be fed to the baby for weight gain. But, regularly feeding 3 main meals alongwith 4-6 times breastmilk or formula milk, will surely help in overall healthy development. You can feed lentil puree, mashed banana and boiled potatoes, apple, pear and carrot puree, ragi and sooni porridge, home made cerelac, mixed vegetable soup, etc.
