it is normal
as such no need to worry
although, please give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more which helps to maintain good bacteria in intestine
keep your child well hydrated
give homemade freshly cooked food only
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
