#asktheexpert my 7 month old baby boy is waking up exactly in 30 mins during day naps . Not sure why he is not able to nap longer.

A. baby 7 months also the baby is taking this kind of nap this is normal gradually over time the child will have a proper sleep cycle just give comfortable to listen to the baby
