NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy10 months agoA. hello you can be giving Swarna prashna which is an ayurvedic immunization for the child which is usually even on pushya nakshatra and you can even check with your doctor and she will be able to help your on the same and also try to give vitamin rich food in the diet which will improve the immunity gradually
