#AskTheExpert my 5 months 24 days baby girl neck hold partially and crying during tummy time also try to close roll over but can't, what am I do?

A. Hi dear colic is the reason and baby cries in stomach ache. If your breastfeeding you should avoid having chocolate, spices, citrus fruits and their juices, like oranges, lemons, limes, and grapefruit,strawberries kiwifruit, pineapple, and other gassy foods.like cauliflower, cabbage, these foods may trigger your babys tummy alos there is a herbal medicine for colic that is available in herbal store. It's called as sweet flag or vasambu it'svery good for colic, digestion, immunity booster. It should be mixed with milk and consumed everyday. It's good immunity booster too that can be given to babies everyday for colic or stomach realted issues. For the making you can see videos in YouTube try these too it ll help alot. Babies can roll anytime between 3-5 months. Each baby is different in achieving milestone. Even by 5 months if your baby doesn't roll yiu should see your doctor. Place your baby on Mat on the floor and place toys around. This would help them move roll and take the toy
