it might happen because of fast flow of milk.
please try different feeding positions to avoid it.
or keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding,you may use breastfeeding pillow for this.
I would suggest Babyhug breastfeeding pillow for this.
you can express milk through hands or breastpump before you start feeding so it make easy for your child to latch well.
