#asktheexpert My 4.5 month old baby has slight redness over the anal area which usually cones and goes. I use sebamed rash cream and still I can see the redness sometimes. is the redness normal or should I consult the pead as soon as possible. I change his diapers every 3-4hrs per diaper

A. hi mom. . what you can do is do not use the wet wipes instead of that use the the soft cotton cloth along with warm water to clean the bum area of the child. also use the rash cream two or three times in a week even if the child doesn't have the rashes. now keep the child diaper free until the rashes or redness will go away do not use the diaper until the rashes will heal completely. you can use mama Earth anti rash cream Ezinapi plus cream , both are very good to reduce the rashes. if the rashes filled with pus that you have to consult with the pediatrician. do not use wet wipes instead use warm water with wash cloth, do not rub, just pat the area dry.
