the first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food.
keep the child in cooxl environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever
to body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carried out for at least 20 minutes with normal temperature water.
higher medicines (ibugesic / meftal-p) whether required or not will be told by the doctor.

Your child is three months old the dosage for the medicine should be approximately five drops I don’t know why you are giving 2.5 ML if your doctor has advised it’s different otherwise not and please consult your doctor because the fever could be high and would be viral they will help you with further medication
