Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks a day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Check with your doctor for advice on vitamin deficiency. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
