#AskTheExpert my 3 and a half month old is not passing stool on his own..he only passes when I keep a glycerine suppository and in last 25 days we have used suppository 4 times while two times he passed stool on his own.... before that he was passing stool twice or thrice a day...now I am highly confused as to how long can we keep on going like this...am keeping suppository after waiting for 4 days...isn't there any oral laxative like muout that I can give to my baby boy so that his constipation is resolved...also on keeping suppository he passes soft and watery stool..

A. at this age happens. As per what you have mentioned there is no need to worry about this as it is seeming to be a normal thing and so there is no need to worry about this at all for now . .
