Q.

#AskTheExpert My 2 year old son do not have spicy food, no chilly at all. what should I do to make him eat chilly and spicy food.

A. Hello if baby doesnot like spicy food, them it should not be given there is no major nutritional advantage in giving spicy food to the baby . so give simple home cooked bland foods.
