DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello , your baby boy is 2.6 years old and he is having a cold and wheezing sounds from his chest so he is having rhinitis and needs 5 ml syrup maxtra 3 times a day and nasal drops twice a day
