My 1yr 2 months old son behaves very cranky in crowd and around people whom he doesn't know. He is happy in home but if you take him out to market or any place he becomes cranky and starts crying. We find it very difficult to handle him at time. Internet suggesting it's because of deficiency of iron or something else....? Pl guide

for this complaint it is required to be checked once so better you should contact your local doctor as you need to get  clinical examination done  for proper diagnosis and then only proper treatment  btis possible it will be better approach,it is difficult to suggest without knowing thorough details.
