#asktheexpert my 14montgs old baby girl is having fluctuations in fever low-high , have given antibiotics and pcm as well , Dr asked ur to wait for two days atleast to reduce.. what should I do?

A. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and you can continue to give the fever medicine like pzaracetamol and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic / meftal p. kindly do body sponge and give fluids at regular intervals and regulard diet and meet the doctor immediately.
