ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. You neee to increase breast feeding. If you taken temperature correct method with thermometer it is less than 100 degrees F it's normal .
otherwise give paracetamol drops in proper dose.. according to her weight., consult with paediatrician in person.. it's important as she us too young
