As this you can not ignoreBest will be to consult a doctor there as well who can practically see the patient and help to get a diagnosis

Then You kindly look for the side as to what is troubling your child by your child isn’t eating I believe maybe your child is having teeth or molars which is very common at this age which is my kids do not eat but still since I cannot be very sure without assessing the child would advise you to kindly check it
