In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause yiso it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

please consult your pediatrician
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered
please keep it clean
use Babyhug wet wipes to clean
use simply purified water having tds higher than the 350 for drinking
