Hi ,
Dear parents,
Kids need detailed and proper physical examination.
So that doctor can decide appropriate investigation and radiological test if needed .
You may make proper video then consult to near by hospital.
It is very early and difficult for me to comment at this moment

take mixture of cinnamon powder+ Honey in one tsp quantity once in a day
take natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk more
keep your self well hydrated
you may keep tiny piece of ginger with pinch of salt and pepper powder and few drops of lemon juice in your mouth.
