Hello ma’am Didn’t your gynaecologist advise you to go for Keagle exercises after normal delivery because it is recommended to go for these exercises to tighten up your vagina right after your delivery. If you still feel that it is loose and start working upon these exercises maybe it will help you otherwise consult your gynaecologist once
