#asktheexpert meri daughter every month's cold cough se bimar ho jati hai . months end me uski tabiyat kharb ho jati hai.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl7 months agoA. Vitamin deficinecy is the main problem, due to this continuous cold and cough will be there for the child.
Add orange, lime frequently to the child which will give vitamin C. Please wear winter protective clothes to the child and also consume only hot water which will reduce the contact of bacterias.
