1. Pure virgin coconut oil massage before bath everyday
2. Sebamed hair to toe body wash as it does not dry the skin.
5 apply any good body lotion 2-3 times a day especially in winters
6. Sebamed deep moisturising lotion massage at night before sleep daily.
this will help with a good skin regime.
