ji , wese to ye jor se hath ki khinchne se ya fir weak muscles aur weak bones k karan hota he,jo ki poshak tatvo ki kami k karan hota he.
to pehle bachche ko harroj halke hatho se tal ke tail se massage kre aur fir 20 minutes tak suraj ki roshni de .
bachche ko khane me ragi , badam , kaju ,pista , kela , aadi jyada de.
