Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. this occurs due to nasolacrimal duct obstruction which is very common in children at this age
it occurs due to obstruction of pathwayx (nasolacrimal duct) from eyes to the nose for which eyes massage is needed regularly and this problem goes away with increasxing age of the child
meet your doctor for more information and also go through various videos which will also tell you how to massage the eyes to decrease the obstruction.
