#asktheexpert mere periods normal huve after delivry kai baad but 4 oct ko nere period date tha laikin sbi tak nahi huve aj 17 oct hai ....pregnancy test b kiya vo negative hai..

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. you're period date is being missed and you are confirmed that it is not pregnancy. Then you can wait for 10 days more for your periods to come naturally
even if after that ,no periods then you can take medications for your periods to come

I suggest you please once consult with your gynecologist
sometimes it is happens due to irregularities in periods for breast feed
