ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Use paracetamol in proper dose for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
If not improvement and accompanied by other symptoms, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
