A. there is no need to apply any hot water fomentation and BCG vaccine generally it will bus to open on its own discharging blood and pus and it will be healing and it's gone

A. Use cool boiled water to clean the site if necessary, and wipe dry with a clean gauze afterwards. Do not apply any medications or ointments and do not compress or bandage the injection site. Avoid tight clothings.
