Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl4 years agoA. Allegra One ML twice a day you can give for five days it’s a medicine which is antiallergic will help in both the issues but specifically for cough I’m going to tell you to give ginger juice and honey mixture to your child twice a day
