#asktheexpert mam my son is 2 Yr old since 6th month daily 9am I feed him OATS. is it good somepeople says oats is not good nd some says its good. nd my baby is not gaining weight 2yrs -10kg weight

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy10 months agoA. Hello dear parent! Oats are good , just add lots of seasonal veggies into it. Avoid packaged oats. Gradually introduce all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple. Serve your child with healthy homemade foods cute Babyhug bowls to encourage healthy eating
