#AskTheExpert Mam, my ceaserean has been completed two months today. Can i now do sex or it not?

A. yes definitely you can. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too.

A. hi yes you can. but make sure your c section scars should be completely healed. take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated maintain good hygiene
