It’s a newborn child were expecting too much out of your newborn child at this age kids don’t understand anything they don’t react on anything after completing the age of three months when they gain their vision you will see a lot of change into your child during that time but as of now this is a normal behaviour of a child not to respondWrite Your Answer Here
