ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. If in case this is your starting for the periods then you should take adequate rest and you can take painkillers if more of abdomen pain is present
If in case earlier also you had periods then you should once consult with your doctor for examination and medicines needful
