hi I m 3 months pregnant and in morning heavy discharge and blood flow then after it stop what it's mean what should I do

A. hi mom bleeding in pregnancy at any stage is an emergency so I will advise you to consult with your doctor for details history and examination and investigation to see for fetal well being

I had my c section on 4th may this year . period last for 28 days and then I had 10 days gap with respective to period cycle on 17th June I have got my period with heavy flow blood and it's continuous for 7 days I was using thyroid pills , every month I had same heavy flow for 7 to 8 days , after 3 months my period blood flow decrease to normal but first 2 days I have heavy flow and stop using thyroid pills as well I have same heavy flow for 2 days and period last for 6 days .is it normal ?
