Of course you can there is no problem in that you must be on your medication at all so if your sugar levels are in control as of now you can go ahead with a natural conception there is no problem prior to that have a proper checkup with your doctor if anything is there that you need to start with any precaution medication dietary alterations or something they will advise you accordingly
