ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. As you are in your 9th month so they can be pseudo pains so it’s better to talk to your gynaecologist and if required go for a check up and take hot water bag to relieve back pain avoid forward bending

If you are nine months pregnant then you should just once get a check with your gynaecologist maybe you are hitting your labour slowly gradually which is why the pain is coming in your bank over the period so it would be important that you once without wasting any time please talk to your doctorWrite Your Answer Here
